Advanced Line Air Motors

Deprag’s ADVANCED LINE range of stainless steel bodied pneumatic motors are especially suited to wet areas or the food and pharmaceutical industry.

These air motors are all sealed using high quality viton seals, so that dust and dirt cannot enter the motor, and contaminated air or oil cannot escape from the motor.

All Advanced Line air motors have stainless steel housings and shafts, as well as using food grade grease, so they can be washed down in a food or pharmaceutical application.

Included in the range are low speed, high torque motors, with loaded speeds of as low as 7rpm and start torques of upto 600Nm.

This range also includes ATEX approved pneumatic holding brake motors in 5 motor sizes.  The brake is integrated in the housing between the air motor and the gearbox.  Brake motors are useful for safely holding loads, for example in cable reels, trolleys, lifting equipment or other applications where the load needs to be held in position. The pneumatic brake motors are available in 200, 300, 600, 900 and 1,600W and a wide range of gearing.

Most of the 20W to 1,600W pneumatic motors in this range are ATEX approved for use in hazardous areas.
